LOUSY DONATION DEPARTMENT. I scheduled a pickup of furniture three weeks in advance on their website. After taking off from work and moving other stuff out of the way, the guys show up and refuse to take stuff down a flight of stairs. The website had no restrictions about this, and I wrote on the web form that I was on the second floor. SVDP has wasted me time on my schedule on getting ready to move and burned one of my vacation days.

During my recent visit to the store, I noticed more items and a bigger selection then in the past. Their prices are GREAT, the quality is excellent, and the staff is very helpful.I found many items for my kids and myself. I would recommend this to anyone looking to save their family some money and support a wonderful organization that gives back to the community.

I go in here from time to time looking for toys and clothing. They seem to be a really great place for this, and their prices are very reasonable. Just to add icing to the cake, their cashiers are always super friendly.
